DESCRIPTION:\n\nRaces for the different age and gender categories are run according to the order below at each event (timings are approximate – the courses vary in length so always be there in plenty of time as races can be earlier than expected. The different ages/genders run separate races): \n12.00 Under 11 Boys\n12.05 Under 11 Girls\n12.15 Under 17 men\n12.20 U17 and U20 women\n12.35 Under 15 Boys\n12.40 Under 15 Girls\n12:50 Under 13 boys\n12:55 Under 13 girls\n13.05 Senior & veteran women\n13:50 Senior & veteran Men\n** Please note\, that these event timings are very much subject to alteration depending upon the nature of the course\, and the timings of previous events on the day**\nPlease\, at all times pay attention for Starters Whistles for call up to your particular event.\n\n\n\nFrom South. A1 Join A19 at Seaton Burn interchange. (Signed Tyne Tunnel). Straight ahead at roundabout. Travel South to Moor Farm Roundabout. Take second exit A189. (Signed Ashington). Travel North on A189 then A1068 (The Coastal Route) to Red Row. At Red Row continue on A1068 and Country Park is signposted on right. Post code NE61 5BX. \nFrom South. A19. At Moore Farm roundabout\, take 5th exit A189 (Signed Ashington).  Follow as above. \nPARKING. Car parking is within the country park using various sites. A charge of £2.00 per vehicle will be collected to cover the fee for holding an event at Druridge Bay\, Please follow marshal’s instructions. Be prepared for a walk of over half a mile to the course. \nIt is vital that you car share please – don’t leave home without a full car! \nREGISTRATION. Will be at the Visitor Centre. There will be portaloo toilets near the course. A refreshment van will be near the course. \nCLUB TENTS. There is ample space for club tents alongside the start and finish. You can drop someone off with your tent at the Visitor Centre and then park at one of the sites. \nCOURSE. Mostly firm grassland\, Some track. Some soft meadow. No hills – just inclines. \nEnjoy! \n\n
