DESCRIPTION:\n\nTimetable of events on the day\nRaces for the different age and gender categories are run according to the order below at each event (timings are approximate – the courses vary in length so always be there in plenty of time as races can be earlier than expected. The different ages/genders run separate races): \n12.00 Under 11 Boys\n12.05 Under 11 Girls\n12.15 Under 17 men\n12.20 U17 and U20 women\n12.35 Under 15 Boys\n12.40 Under 15 Girls\n12:50 Under 13 boys\n12:55 Under 13 girls\n13.05 Senior & veteran women\n13:50 Senior & veteran Men\n** Please note\, that these event timings are very much subject to alteration depending upon the nature of the course\, and the timings of previous events on the day**\nPlease\, at all times pay attention for Starters Whistles for call up to your particular event.\n\nImportant Information on Parking\, Travel\, Registration etc.\nRace Parking is at Durham County Hall car park only. It’s free and only 400m from the start – please do not park anywhere else\, please do not try to park closer to the course as you will be charged or worse and we could lose this venue! There will be plenty of parking for everybody at County Hall but please car share and OBEY THE CAR PARK MARSHALS’ INSTRUCTIONS!  There is no parking in the DLI car park this year.\nOfficials Parking This will be on the tennis courts adjacent to the new Police HQ. Go north from the County Hall roundabout on the B.6532\, turn right at the next roundabout\, straight over at the next roundabout & then follow the signs.\nTent drop off We have a tent drop off point adjacent to the course. Go north from the County Hall roundabout on the B.6532\, turn right at the next roundabout\, straight over at the next roundabout & then follow the signs. Only use this if your tent is very heavy! There is absolutely no parking for competitors here and it is not a drop off point for latecomers. Tents must be left with the tent drop off marshals and competitors return to County Hall to park.\nRegistration is adjacent to the course in the tented area – unless the weather is very bad and then it will be in County Hall reception area (Micky / Vicki to confirm).\nToilets are located in County Hall foyer and there will be portable loos close to the race start area on the old tennis courts.\nDo not enter County Hall in muddy shoes – they won’t let us come back next year if you do! \nThe course is walking distance from County Hall car park (follow the signs) & is on the former Durham Constabulary playing fields. \n\n\n\n
