Benefits of Membership
Initial contact should be through the Contact Us link on this website. Our admissions coordinator will contact you to arrange for you to visit Gateshead International Stadium on a Tuesday or Thursday night between 6:45pm and 8:30pm and pick up an application form. Payment method by debit / credit card, cash, cheque or standing order. DURING THE COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS PLEASE DO NOT JUST TURN UP AS YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ACCESS INTO THE STADIUM.
ONLINE APPLICATIONS FOR NEW MEMBERS, NOT AVAILABLE:
Please note that new members cannot join online as we need to allocate you a coach first, which can take up to 10 days from enquiry. We do not expect you to join and pay Membership Subscriptions straight away, as we would prefer that you ensure that you will be happy at the club first.

Existing members should receive an email from England athletics with a payment link to pay their fees. If you have not received a payment email then your email address HERE may be incorrect or no longer valid. Your username is your URN / England Athletics (EA) 7-digit number.

Gateshead Harriers Club Fees 2019/2020
This is the total you need to pay to train or compete with the club and includes the England Athletics fee if applicable,

Payment and Financial Help
If you are experiencing financial difficulties and are unable to pay the above costs, we offer the following payment options.
- Standing order payment over a maximum of 11 months (please call into the Office for details)
- 4 cheques that are post dated over a period of 4 months
- Hardship Fund – applications are treated in absolute confidence by the Hardship Committee, please email email@example.com.
