Experience group/individual athletics at all ages and abilities Opportunity for disabled athletes to participate and compete in athletics. You can train and compete in a friendly and secure environment. Coaching available in all track & field disciplines by DBS cleared coaches (your membership fee includes access to most training groups who train at least twice a week). England Athletics registration, competition licence and insurance. Entry to a number of competitions. Be a member of the only club in the North East that competes in the National Youth Development League. Heavily subsidised transport to national fixtures. NEW MEMBERS

Initial contact should be through the Contact Us link on this website. Our admissions coordinator will contact you to arrange for you to visit Gateshead International Stadium on a Tuesday or Thursday night between 6:45pm and 8:30pm and pick up an application form. Payment method by debit / credit card, cash, cheque or standing order.

ONLINE APPLICATIONS FOR NEW MEMBERS, NOT AVAILABLE:

Please note that new members cannot join online as we need to allocate you a coach first, which can take up to 10 days from enquiry. We do not expect you to join and pay Membership Subscriptions straight away, as we would prefer that you ensure that you will be happy at the club first.

EXISTING MEMBERS

Renew your Membership Subscription at the Harriers Office on a club night.

Payment can be made by debit / credit card, cash, cheque or standing order.

ONLINE RENEWALS

Existing members should receive an email from England athletics with a payment link to pay their fees. If you have not received a payment email then your email address HERE may be incorrect or no longer valid. Your username is your URN / England Athletics (EA) 7-digit number.

If you don’t know your URN / EA number, or your email is correct but haven’t recieved an email please contact us at, office@gatesheadharriers.com

Gateshead Harriers Club Fees 2019/2020

This is the total you need to pay to train or compete with the club and includes the England Athletics fee if applicable,

*when paying online these will be added to Membership Subscriptions. if your renewal email from England Athletics is incorrect i.e. wrong type e.g. Family Membership or age, please contact office@gatesheadharriers.com. This fee is compulsory.

Failure to have the correct membership details may mean you are not affiliated correctly and unable to compete.

Payment and Financial Help

If you are experiencing financial difficulties and are unable to pay the above costs, we offer the following payment options.

Standing order payment over a maximum of 11 months (please call into the Office for details)
4 cheques that are post dated over a period of 4 months
Hardship Fund – applications are treated in absolute confidence by the Hardship Committee, please email office@gatesheadharriers.com.
