The AGM will be held on Thursday 20th October at 8.00pm in the Hospitality Suite at the stadium. All are welcome. There are a number of positions available to be filled, including nominations for Chair as Steve Parr has indicated that he wants to stand down this year – see attached AGM Template 2016

No idea how to use the agm template. The office I currently hold isn’t even on it (Coach Development Coordinator). Also I think the admissions role is more than suggested by the title Admissions Secretary. How do we propose someone for a role on the committee. I can’t see how we can do this via the website.

Proposals will be at the AGM on the night. Unless you have done it through the committee meeting.
