On the Saturday Scott Hall took part in the long jump, a year after coming 4th in the triple jump and switching events. He jumped a new personal best of 7.45 which placed him 4th again just 7cm off Chris Tomlinson in bronze. He equalled the wind assisted club record of Jonathan Edwards and looks set to break this outdoor

On the Sunday Emily Gargan and Lucy Turner, still juniors, made their debut at the senior championships. After two marginal but long foul jumps Emily played it safe and jumped 12.21 which was an indoor pb. In round 5 she went better jumping 12.32 an overall pb and placed 6th. Lucy Turner as a heptathlete was up against it in the hurdles but ran another personal best this time down to 8.89 to place 5th in her heat.

Track performance of the day goes to Lewis Moses who placed in the Bronze medal position in the 1500m.
