I would like to bring a group of athletes to the meeting on the 22nd but some of these include u15 ( male and female) Will it be ok if they run with the u17s /u20’s as I would both like them to run twice in prep for upcoming championships and to avoid the long wait from accessing the track to warm up and racing when in their own age groups. I would be happy to let them race in the u15 age group in place of race 2 if you would prefer this to racing twice out of age.
If you tick U17 on the entry form then they can compete in the seeded races, they will show in the results in the U17 races but Power of 10 will sort it out.
