The following athletes set new club records this weekend at Sheffield:
- Adam Graham broke his own U20 shot put record throwing 16m 50 for the gold medal
- Jason Nicholson won gold in the U17M 60m Hurdles in a time of 8.17 secs
- Plamedi Mukendi broke the U15 girls 60m sprint record in her first race for the club, running 7.97 secs. After 3 rounds she finished 5th in the final.
There were plenty of podium finishes:
- Gold – Adam Graham (U20 Shot); Scott Hall (SM Long Jump); Christian Carson (SM 60m); Jason Nicholson (U17M 60m Hurdles)
- Silver – David Dempsey (SM 800m)
- Bronze – Steph Addison (U20 200m); Lucy Turner (U20 Long Jump); Beth Pringle (U20 400m); Alex Bainbridge (U20 High Jump); Emma Pringle (SW Triple Jump)
Congratulations also to our Finalists and Semi-Finalists:
- Michael Charalambous and Julian Osei-Bonsu – semi finalists in SM 60m
- Plamedi Mukendi – finalist in U17W 60m (still an U15)
- Elish Tait – finalist in U17W 800m
- George Wilson – Finalist in U20m 400m
- Zach Haddon – U20m 60m and Long Jump
- Lucy Turner – Finalist in U20w Hurdles
- Elliott Birss – Finalist in U17m Hurdles
- Hannah Pringle and Carla McMullen – SW Triple Jump
Also to Joseph Gray (T47) and Emily Stewart (T38) who competed in the disability events coming close to their personal best performances during the weekend.
