Congratulations to the athletes who travelled across to the Northern Championships. The weather was poor but there was plenty of success:
- Double Silver to Sophie Littlemore in SW Shot Putt and Discus
- Silver to Jazmine Moss in U20W 200m
- Silver to Harrison Whitfield in U20M Triple Jump
- Bronze to Yasmin Othman in U0W Javelin
Just out of the medals and contesting in the finals were Andrew Roen in the SM 800m, Daniel Walsh in the SM Triple Jump and Hannah Kelly in U20W 100m.
Busiest athlete of the weekend was Emily Stewart who competed in the Parallel Success events with Silver in both 100 and 200m and great performances in the Long Jump and Shot Putt.
