Emily Gargan and Jason Nicholson competed at the SIAB Schools International in Glasgow.  Against tough competition and even tougher weather conditions they both came away with a win and a gold medal each.   Well done both.

Gateshead athletes shone at the English Schools Championships held on home turf at Gateshead Stadium last weekend.   With a gold medal in the Inter Boys 100m Hurdles Jason Nicholson set a liftetime best and club record.   Emily Gargon also won her second English Schools Championship medal in a row in the Inter Girls Triple Jump. …
