Well done to all the athletes who competed at the U20 and U23 England Athletics Championships in Bedford at the weekend – Emma and Jenny Gilmour, Sydney Robertson, Fraser Wright, Sophie Littlemore, Daniel Walsh, Steph Addison, Lucy Turner, Emily Gargan, SCott Hall, Hannah Pringle and Jason Nicholson. Emily, Scott and Hannah all returned with medals and Jason ran in the U18 110mHurdles posting a time of 13.75 to go to 4th on the European rankings this year.
