A warm Sunday at Churchill playing fields, the home of North Shields Poly, saw the second North East throws Festival run alongside the NEECA Track relays.
Over 45 Throwers from 15 different clubs competed in Shot Putt, Discus and Javelin. There were too many PB’s to mention however the following athletes medalled:
