Carole Cervenak ran 3 hrs 15 and Lisa Atkinson 3 hours 30 in today London Marathon – well done Ladies. Not to be outdone the Men ran great races as well, Rob Di Giovanni completed the course in 2 hrs 44, Steven Medd in 2 hours 48, Martin Slater in 2 hours 54 and Chris Hainsworth in 3 hours 23.
