Congratulations to Conrad Franks who has been selected to represent England in the British & Irish Masters International X-country in the Male 35 age group.This will be held at Aintree Racecourse on Saturday 16th November, a well deserved honour.

Our endurance runners were well and truly back into the X-country season with a visit to Wrekenton for the first of 6 Harrier League fixtures.
